Recovering from the Condition of Droopy eyelids with Acupuncture Treatment
Ptosis also referred to as blepharoptosis, is defined as an abnormal low-lying upper eyelid margin with the eye in primary gaze. The causes of drooping eye muscles vary, including degenerative weakness of eyelids, Myasthenia Gravis (abbreviated as M.G.) that results in drooping eyelids, and the nervous damage of the levator muscles due to surgery that leads to weakness of the eye muscles, with the latter one, a clinical sequela, being the trickiest, because the nerves have been damaged and almost nothing can be done to cure it.
